Spring is in the air, and what better way to celebrate the season of bloom than with a dessert that's as light as a gentle spring breeze?πŸ€”πŸŒΈ

ZUKR PAVLOVA

This week, we're thrilled to share with you a special treat that's sure to become a family favourite - the ZUKR Pavlova!

Ingredients

For the Meringue:

  1. 4 egg whites

  2. 1 cup ZUKR

  3. 1 tsp cornstarch

  4. 1 tsp cider vinegar

  5. 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Topping:

  1. 1 1/2 cups heavy cream

  2. 1/4 cup ZUKR

  3. 2 cups fresh berries

Prep Time: 60 mins ⏳

Approximately 340 calories πŸ“Š

Servings: 8 Servings πŸ₯£

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250Β°F. Line a sheet with parchment; mark an 8-inch circle.

  2. Whip egg whites to soft peaks, and add ZUKR till stiff and glossy.

  3. Fold in cornstarch, vinegar, vanilla.

  4. Shape meringue within a circle on parchment, creating a nest.

  5. Bake for 1.5 hours until crisp. Let cool in oven with door ajar.

  6. Whip cream with ZUKR. Reserve some berries for garnish.

  7. Fill meringue with cream, top with berries, garnish, and serve.
